About Me
I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, school stress, motivation, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach focuses on building a genuine connection and creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without pressure or judgment. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially for adolescents and young adults, and I believe that feeling understood and engaged in the process is an important part of meaningful change.
I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families across schools, crisis services, in-home work, and outpatient therapy settings. Throughout my work, I have developed a particular focus on helping clients who may feel emotionally stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to communicate what they are experiencing. I specialize in building engagement with adolescents and young adults who may initially feel hesitant about therapy or unsure whether it can help.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and adaptable to the needs of each individual or family. Whether working with a teenager struggling with anxiety or motivation, a young adult navigating identity and direction, or parents trying to reconnect with their child, my goal is to create a supportive environment where people feel safe speaking openly and working toward lasting change together.
